Step 1 - Flashing Your Bios
ASUS Motherboards Only:
In every case, always downgrade first.
Make sure you downgrading to a version PRE 2022
If you have the lowest version without any possibility to downgrade further, then you may proceed to upgrade by only one version.
BIOS Flashing Guide
Identify your Mainboard / Computer
Note: If system information is incorrect or your unsure please check your BIOS.
You can enter your BIOS during startup by pressing F2, F12, or Del.
Open System Information.
Find BaseBoard Product & Manufacturer.
Note BIOS Version/Date.

Download BIOS Update
Search for your mainboard on the manufacturer's website.
Go to Downloads/Support section.
Get a newer or older BIOS version than your current one.

Prepare USB Drive
Back up important files from the USB drive.
Format to FAT32 or Large FAT32.
If you cant format to FAT32: EDIT
Extract BIOS files to USB drive.

Flash BIOS
Restart and enter BIOS usually during startup by pressing F2, F12, or Del.
Find BIOS update option (e.g., EZ Flash, M-Flash).
Select USB drive with BIOS file.
Confirm and wait for completion.
Repeat process once more with the same file.
